• Quotes & Pricing: Prices displayed on the website are in GBP (£) and serve as baseline indications. Specific campaign pricing is confirmed via formal quotation based on package volume, niche difficulty, and editorial requirements.
• Production Turnaround: Standard campaigns are typically fulfilled within 7 to 14 business days from receipt of full campaign brief details and payment confirmation. Custom multi-tiered builds may span up to 21 business days.
• Proof of Delivery: Upon campaign completion, clients receive an unredacted verification spreadsheet (.CSV / .XLSX) listing live publication URLs, anchor texts used, target destinations, and domain metrics.

To ensure high deliverability and quality, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, working target URLs and approved anchor text distributions.
• Ensure target domains and landing pages do not host malware, illegal schemes, phishing, defamatory material, or prohibited illicit products.
• Respond in a timely manner to clarification requests regarding campaign parameters.

Independent Third-Party Engines: Search engines (including Google, Bing, and Yahoo) operate independent, proprietary algorithms that are subject to unpredictable, autonomous changes.

While SEO NEO BACKLINKS adheres to proven, quality-controlled manual link insertion protocols, we cannot control or predict specific indexing speed, search ranking movements, or organic traffic changes. Placement of backlinks does not constitute a legal or contractual guarantee of specific SERP ranking positions or organic revenue.

• 60-Day Replacement Policy: If a delivered link is removed or deleted by an external webmaster within 60 calendar days of delivery, SEO NEO BACKLINKS will inspect the placement and provide a comparable replacement placement at no additional charge.
• Order Cancellations: Because our link building process involves immediate manual publisher outreach, custom content creation, and resource allocation, orders already in active production cannot be cancelled for a full cash refund once work has commenced.
• Business Policy Confirmation Notice: Order cancellation terms and discretionary review policies are specified in individual quotation scopes prior to invoice payment.
• Dispute Resolution: If you identify an issue with any delivered line item, notify our team within 14 days of delivery via hello@seoneobacklinks.com so we can investigate and rectify the deliverable.

Intellectual Property: All website text, code, graphics, and brand trademarks remain the intellectual property of SEO NEO BACKLINKS. The client retains full ownership of their target domains, brand trademarks, and proprietary marketing copy.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SEO NEO BACKLINKS and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from search engine algorithmic updates, indexation drops, or third-party webmaster actions. Our total cumulative liability arising from any order shall not exceed the actual amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.
